Skills
Your Responsibilities
Find new business opportunities by keeping an eye on SME accounts
Create and maintain the existing customer base
Develop a high-quality pipeline of SME customers and guarantee 100% accuracy of data in CRM.
Make quotations using our online tools, and then submit our proposals to customers.
Make presentations on our most important Sea Logistics products
Gain market-savvy knowledge of the most important trades and carriers routes, sailings, and more..
Send complaints about customers to Customer Care Team Customer Care Team
Participate in sales-related projects and in activities that are in line with the Customer Care Manager.
Your Skills And Experiences
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain or a related discipline
Two years of experience minimum in the freight forwarding business
Two years of experience minimum in sales, with a concentration on developing sea logistics SME accounts
Proficient and well-informed about Dhabi Sea Logistics market environment
Excellent command of the English language
