Garda Decor Furniture Trading LLC is a top brand of furniture design in Russia. We provide high-end interior products and decor, as well as upholstered furniture and lighting that is modern design style of art deco. We produce our own line of furniture upholstered.

Today, there more than 70 Garda Decor stores in Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus and Estonia.

We are expanding and revealing new possibilities!

As part of the launch of a new construction project located in Dubai, UAE, we are seeking a talented Store Sales Representative


Functional Roles and Responsibilities:

* Greet and welcome every customer with an inviting and warm manner and provide excellent customer service throughout the day.

* Identify the needs of the customer through asking questions. Confidently suggest and show appropriate products; advocate the link to products at every sales opportunity to end the sale

* Accept cash or pay via any method that is authorized from customers, issue receiptsor bills to show their purchase, and provide a professional cash point services.

* Address complaints of customers efficiently and professionally according to the policy of the company for after sales taking the matter to management when needed.

* Maintain and demonstrate the latest trends in furniture, product knowledge and promotions in-store throughout the day.

* Exceeds or meets weekly sales goals

* Follow your personal grooming standards, as recommended by your Store Manager.

* Keep tidy and well-organized displays, fitting rooms, and the areas for stock.

* Check the stock levels every day and report diminishing stocks to the manager of the store so that they can replenish and ensure optimal stock levels.

* Follows Garda Decor Policies and Procedures 100%

• Participates in every inventory

  • A successful experience in selling furniture

  • Good verbal communication skills

  • Ability to remain standing for a minimum of eight hours

  • Friendly, confident and polite, and physically healthy

  • Stock replenishment

  • ability to connect with people and establish long-term relationships with clients

  • Being focus-driven.
