Job Description
AX CAPITAL Real Estate are currently seeking an Executive Director of Property Management.
Candidates who are successful will be in charge and oversee all aspects of Property Management functions and will be accountable of managing the Day to Day Operations of the department.
The main functions include:
* Develop and lead the property management team.
Responsible for monitoring targets as well as business strategies.
• Manage ongoing changes to laws to ensure that the department is on the lookout for possibilities to make positive changes.
* Identifying and seeking potential customers, corporate occupiers and significant partners for the business.
* New teammates
* Make sure that lease management is executed efficiently to increase leasing, renewals, and occupancy returns.
* Improve the performance of your drive by the selection of the appropriate KPI’s, making sure they are monitored and analyzed.
responsible for the correctness of property management CRM, and making sure that the procedures, processes and systems in place give precise occupancy statistics that take into account the various variations in occupancy arrangements.
* Sustain a best practice corporate governance ethos.
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years of experience and at least two years of experience as a senior manager within the Dubai real property market.
