Job Description:
- Design and implement catered events, if needed from beginning to end
- Perform final food garnishing and serving tasks prior to serving.
- They can also provide tableside and serving line services like ladle soup, soup ladle and salads, portions of pie and desserts
- May assist coworkers during staffing shortages
- Determines when and if it is appropriate to bring employees in to meet the staffing requirements
- Help with the making and delivery of food and beverages.
- Assist and direct a small group of Catering assistants on their day-to- daily duties
