About the Job

The ideal candidate should have previous experience at all stages in the selling cycle. They must be comfortable creating new relationships with clients and keeping existing ones. They must demonstrate excellent skills and an excellent ability to negotiate.

Location: Islamabad and Rawalpindi


  • Network and attract new clients to invest in off-plan property sales
  • Offers for purchase currently available to sellers to be considered.
  • Make sales or negotiations about properties.
  • Identify investors with needs for property
  • Contact potential customers through emails, phone calls and so on. to present them with solutions for their property
  • Create and establish a positive working relationships with buyers
  • Inform clients about prices, market conditions as well as legal requirements and other pertinent issues.
  • Increase sales for properties by advertising, open houses and through participation with multiple listing service.
  • Establish an online Network that consists of Land Lords Property Owner’s and Investors to whom clients could be directed.

  • 2+ years of experience in the field of sales
  • Experience in the entire sales cycle, including closing deals. Experimentation with sales that has proven successful
